We collect the information you choose to give us. If you book a consultation, call, email or otherwise contact us, we receive your name, contact details and whatever you tell us about your coverage needs.
This website does not run web analytics, advertising pixels, or first-party tracking cookies of its own. We do not build a profile of your browsing.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information you provide to respond to you, prepare and compare insurance plans for you, complete an application or enrollment you request, and stay in touch about your coverage, including the free annual plan review we offer clients.
We use it for no purpose you have not asked us to. We do not sell your information.
3. Third-Party Services on This Site
To schedule consultations, this site links to Calendly, a third-party scheduling service. When you book a time, the information you enter is handled by Calendly under its own privacy policy.
The contact page displays a Google Maps embed of our office listing, and the site loads fonts from Google Fonts. These services may receive your IP address as a normal part of delivering their content. We use no other third-party services on this site.
4. When We Share Information
We share your information with an insurance carrier only when it is necessary to prepare a quote, submit an application, or service a policy you have asked us to help with. We may also disclose information if required by law. We do not rent, sell, or trade your personal information.
5. How We Protect It
We use reasonable physical, technical and administrative safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we treat the health and financial information our clients share with the care it deserves.
6. Your California Privacy Rights
California residents may request to know what personal information we hold about them, request that we delete it, and ask us not to sell it. We do not sell personal information. 7. Children's Privacy
This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn we have done so, we will delete it.
